What can you do with an electronic invoice?

Select a contact from your
address book
or add a new contact directly from the page.
- Assign a due date to your invoice.
- Reference numbers are automatically generated, but can also be edited as needed.
- Select a template that you've customized or create a new one.
- Add a new invoice line item. Specify the item title, quantity, price and description. You can also apply sales tax and simple formatting options.
- Track received payments.
- Add an optional personalized message to the invoice.
- Select whether an invoice reoccurs or not.
- If the invoice repeats, assign the day of the week or dates and specify an end date if needed.
